Who this notice is for
This notice covers the HAUSE fire-recovery site at FireRestoration.ca. For questions about information you have shared here, contact info@hause.ca. Include the date and contact email for an enquiry if you want help locating it; do not send passwords or financial identifiers.
Enquiry information and consent
The enquiry asks for your name, email, city and project question, with an optional phone number. If you attach a worksheet, its entered fields and calculated result or notes travel with the draft. You can review and edit them before sending. HAUSE uses the details you submit to understand and respond to the enquiry and route it through HAUSE intake.
Reviewing a draft does not send it. Sending requires the separate Send to HAUSE intake action and your contact consent. An enquiry is not a booking or permission to perform work. Provide only information relevant to the question and information you are authorized to share.
Drafts and information in your browser
Worksheets can store a draft in this browser so it can be carried to the editable enquiry page. A downloaded worksheet is a file on your device. Existing enquiry tools also store first and most recent campaign context in local browser storage, including campaign parameters, click identifiers when present, landing page and referrer. This context can accompany a submitted enquiry so HAUSE can understand how the enquiry reached the site.
Browser storage may persist until it is cleared, and a shared device may expose saved drafts to another user of the same browser. Use your browser controls to clear site data after using a shared device. Do not use worksheets as the only copy of an important project record.
Optional Ask HAUSE automated guide
Ask HAUSE is an automated guide. Chat content is sent to HAUSE’s AI service only after you agree to use the chat. Treat its replies as general guidance and confirm property-specific technical, safety, insurance and regulatory decisions with the responsible professional or authority.
Contact details and a chat transcript are forwarded to HAUSE intake only when you separately submit the follow-up form and its consent. Starting a chat does not automatically send a customer reply or create a booking. You can use the site guides without starting a chat.
Campaign context and interaction events
The shared chat component retains campaign context in the current browser tab for up to 30 minutes after you agree to chat or submit a follow-up. The site can emit interaction events into the page’s data layer without including contact details or chat text. This release does not install an external analytics tag through that component. Existing enquiry attribution storage described above remains separate.
Service providers, requests and practical limits
The site and its enquiry services use hosting and processing providers to deliver pages, handle requests and operate the automated guide. A submitted enquiry is forwarded through HAUSE’s intake systems. Information needed for the enquiry may be accessed by the people handling that request.
Contact info@hause.ca to ask about your submitted information, request a correction or discuss deletion. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record and verify the request. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or confidential documents through a first enquiry.
