Describe the proposed relationship precisely
Use this page if you represent a restoration business, property organization or another organization that wants to discuss working with HAUSE. State whether the conversation concerns a project, a referral arrangement, assessment support or another relationship. A submitted enquiry starts a discussion; it does not establish a partnership, a territory, an integration or guaranteed work.
For help with your own fire-damaged premises, the commercial recovery guide and the main recovery enquiry may be the better starting points.
Prepare the information that helps a real review
| Area | Be specific about |
|---|---|
| Geography | Where you currently operate and which areas you only want to discuss. |
| Scope | Property types, services, exclusions and subcontracted elements. |
| Qualifications | Issuing body, current status and the scope or jurisdiction of a credential. |
| Responsibilities | Who assesses, contracts, carries insurance and communicates with the customer. |
| Intake | What information would be shared, with whose consent, and who responds. |
Describe capabilities as your organization’s statements. HAUSE must review any proposed arrangement and relevant evidence before it can be treated as confirmed. Do not include private policy numbers, customer lists or access credentials.
Prepare your business discussion record
What happens after the worksheet
You can download the complete record or carry every field into the enquiry page. Review the details, select contact consent if you want a response, and choose Send to HAUSE intake. Any future agreement needs its own scope and terms. The worksheet does not authorize HAUSE to contact people named in it or to distribute customer information.
If you are representing an organization, use contact information you are authorized to share and state your role. Keep supporting private documents for an appropriate later exchange instead of placing them in a first enquiry.
